媽媽，您滿面慈祥來離開，乎阮真思念．
媽媽，您對阮的恩情高過山、深過海，乎阮真感謝．
媽媽，您是一位高尚清秀的貴夫人，
不管時，您攏是用上界一流的穿著來接待人，
不管時，您攏是用最親切的熱情來款待人，
事事替人斟酌，處處替人設想，
媽媽，您的疼愛，永遠不離，永遠不離．．．．
無論是在台灣，抑是美國，
無論是在溪頭，抑是關仔嶺，
您美麗的行影，勤快的腳步，快樂的心情，對阮的疼痛，
永永遠遠在阮心肝底．
今年中秋的月娘特別光特別圓，
因為您已經變作天邊的一粒星，在月娘邊與阮在團員．
媽媽，您在天頂作仙，請您繼續引領阮未來欲行的路，
媽媽，阮在此懇求，請您祝福在座的來賓，事事圓滿．
